Safety

Please make sure that the outer door on the ground floor is closed securely upon entering or leaving the building.

Fire Regulations state that no bikes/prams etc. should be left in the hallways or under the stairs.

The common areas are well served with smoke and audible fire alarms as well as emergency lighting, but it is strongly recommended that all residents frequently test alarms inside their flats.

Satellites

No satellite dishes of any sort to be fixed to the building.
